Preschool

The time has come and I can't believe how fast the time has gone by, but my little Brinley (not so little ) has started preschool!
Today was day that Brinley got to have a one on one with her teacher "Miss LouAnn" to get to know her and to help her feel comfortable with the school. She was super excited!
They have a "super fun" in Brinley's words playground.
If you notice I love the John Deer theme!
(They even have a john deer to play on)
thought this was a super cute idea/swing.

Rockets!!!
Another cute toy. It swings back and forth!

I am beginning to feel that I keep repeating myself but hey what can I say it really is a fun playground. Swings that spin!
Okay i know it's hard to see but they have these airplanes and helicopter toys that rock side to side. That is Madi in the bottom right running to it she loved it!

In my family growing up it was always a tradition to get a fathers blessing the night before the first day of school. I really loved that growing up and was always thankful for dad for doing that. I wanted to carry on that tradition.

Here it is Brinley's First Day of Preschool!

The reason for the bag that she is holding up is they have to have a special bag for Kiddie Kollege. She got to pick out her fabric and colors for her bag and I sewed it together for her!

Here we are at school! Got her name tag and was waiting for "Grandma Annice" to come ring the bell! (She was doing so good. I think I was more nervous than she was!)

Here she comes to ring the bell!
She got into line and was ready to go!

 and there she goes...

and she's gone!
I was so proud of Brinley she did so well such a brave big little girl she was and continues to be!

"I think I can get use to this"

Getting Caught Up (April- Aug)

 Easter 2011
 Riker's 1st Easter basket!

The night before we dyed our Easter eggs!

These next photos require turning of the head! Sorry my bad ;)

Madison LOVED dyeing the eggs!

Brinley was way professional about her egg!
(It must look the "cutest" thats my girl!)

Riker wasn't into the dyeing egg part, but he was sure cute in his swing!

Dan and I celebrated our 6 year wedding anniversary
May 4th!
The day we were married they had placed a flag for each fallen police officer.

Dan's Mom did our cakes and she also did a groom's cake. Doesn't it look so yummy. Kelly is amazing what can I say! Thanks again for all your hard work!!!!

My colors were Hot Pink and Black.

and after six years here we are with three amazing children that bring so much joy and happiness to our life. There is never a quite moment, but we sure love them!

Brinley turned 4 years old this year!
I can't believe how fast time has gone by. Brinley got to celebrate her birthday in West Yellowstone this year with Grandma and Grandpa Salmond.

Then she had another party at Grandma and Grandpa Higgins!

She was super excited about her dr. kit!

Summer Time Fun
We went up to my grandparents home in Idaho and Brinley was loving the camera!

Here is one of Brinley's Best Friends.
 This is Max.
Max a million or better know as "the horse" this is Uncle Bud's dog and Brinley just loves him!

Bubba and I
Riker is the happiest baby ever!
 Love his smiles!!!

and we can not forget our Maddie Bug she is my babe, but doesn't love the camera all the time. We were in luck that day!

Okay so i have been wanting a new family picture Soooooooo.... bad and i thought that it would be nice to have a nice country back ground setting. Well it was impossible to get all three kids happy or staring at the camera at the same time. So here are a few of the attempts just with the girls as you can see we need work!

August Yellowstone Trip
Grandma took the girls down close to see the waterfall. They thought she was super cool for doing that!

I am not sure what fall this is, but it was sure pretty. (It was near fire hole)

Grandma and I took the kids to the "muddie pots" as brinley calls them.

Maddi loved that she could climb the fence.

Hot Pot!

the girls staring at the pot's

Riker loved having Grandma hold him!

Here is one of the pots about to let loose!
Madi was a little concerned about it.

 Almost....

 and there she goes!

Grandma protecting his from the sun/wind!

So Grandma Kelly has a Bakery in West Yellowstone and i have to add the food is A amazing! Madi here loved the homemade donuts she makes!

 she loves chocolate
oh and then my girls found a puddle. Don't worry even though madi dropped her donut in it she keep eating it! yum!!!

Madison Jean turned 2 on Aug 8!
Right now her favorite thing in the world besides her Aunt Jessie is Tangled.
and yes i know what you are thinking the "2" is backwards! Rough day and by the time i noticed it was too late.

I didn't want Brinley to feel left out so i made her her own princess cake!

sorry a slight tilt of the head will do at this point!

So my cuz Melissa Mears had this amazing idea for cupcakes in a push-up! Loved it and made those for the adults at the party.

Madi has some pretty awesome uncles and aunts they bought her a bouncy house. The best part is both girls and riker love it! Thanks guys!!!

and it can be used as a swimming pool! (Due to our pool being closed today dan and I had to get creative  because the girls were very disappointed.)
Madi didn't want to be in the picture with us.
Riker had so much fun swimming that he went to sleep ;)

Sun bathing girls

Madi felt he needed some balls while he was sleeping.
You know just in case he gets bored!
